Assessment and management protocols are evidence-based and specific to the individual client's issue. Treatment is primarily movement-based, promoting the body’s potential to repair itself, and empowering the client towards self-management. This decreases dependence on passive interventions, promotes restoration of function, and prevention of recurrence in the future, which all decrease the need to access the healthcare system over and over. This allows the client to better understand what is happening in their body and become an active participant in their recovery and long term health. Education and often just 1-2 simples exercises are key when it comes to giving clients the tools they need to get themselves feeling and staying better! Unsure if this is a good fit for you?
